I will add to this later. This applies to 96/97 ZRT 600/800

Broken front rear motor mount (clutch side) - Can be welded
Broken front cross member in the center - Can be welded
TSS switch causing sled to not start or not idle
Waterpump leaking from front seal - Most redo the seal and replace bolts that are NOT phillips heads
Carb boots crack and let in air
