I have a problem with the motor. I rebuilt it from top to bottom included all seals two new pistons&rings two new jugs with heads and rebuilt carbs. and radar ran it and top speed was 68 mph on 3 runs. it launchs hard but falls on it's face on top end it'not clutching had dynoed good lowend topend high rpm 7 grd on tach but 35hp & 17 torgue . need help
