I doesn't matter what the girl did. That is unacceptable. Part of being a cop is being hated, Nobody wants to see you until they need you. There is NEVER a circumstance were a juvenile child should be beaten by a police officer, I'm not saying that kids don't need to get smacked around, but that's in the hands of the parents. How do you think that girl is gonna react to cops now? How about he friends? And by the way, I said the commit about killing him in a un-literal sense. But for the record I would kill someone as long as I knew I could get anyway with it. If you wanna doubt me come brake into my house.

Most cops are just dicks. They get a hard knowing they have that shield.
I remember this party last summer got busted by the “party patrol” (they drive around all night looking for underage parties). Well you know underage party’s someone yells cops and everyone goes out the back door.. Some of the cops circled around the house and started to taze the kids who ran. I saw the kid next to me get it, needless to say I’ve never ran so fast in my life after that I spent the next 4 hours standing / hiding in some swamp in water up to my waste with about 15 other people.. What a night to remember :D

No doubt you'd be pissy about it, rightfully so as well. But actually physically harming the guy, not likely.
you dont know me......i would kill for my kids. Over a beating probably not , but if my kid got raped or molested there would be no doubt in my mind that the peson would be dead.

I think parents need to discipline their kids more... there are kids that i know that never get spanked or anything and they walk all over their parents and this one kid even ended up getting expelled because he was in detention every single day. Bottom line- the officer could have easily obtained controll over a little girl without beating her like that, but the girl would have never been there if she didn't steal /disrespect parents in the first place

The problem with that is that the 'law' has taken away almost all of the discipline that we, as parents, are able to deliver. We can't spank them, it's physical abuse. We cant' yell at them, that's mental abuse. We can't lock them in a closet until they are 18... I'm pretty sure that falls under physical & emotional abuse.
How many parents have had Human Services called on them because the child has learned that if they put a few marks on themselves and make one simple statement, the parents get into trouble. My own 15 year old daughter has threatened me with that more than once. She has even gone so far as to turn me in to the school counselor for it. Have I abused her? I don't believe so. Have I spanked her ass, you bet I have! Have I slapped her in the mouth? A couple times when she's called me a ****ing bastard or other such things. But I am not going to slam her into a wall, throw her on the ground by her hair, and then punch her in the skull a couple of times.
Did the girl do something wrong? Yup, she is a suspected car thief, she's lippy, disrespectful, full of hatred and she's pissed off that she got caught. I'm pretty sure she's also scared out of her mind right at that point, adding to the torrents of adrenaline coursing through her body. Did she make a mistake by flinging her shoe out the door at the cop... Yup, she did. That was assault on an officer... that is never looked upon very lightly.
Bottom line we are talking aboug a 15 year old girl that can't weight more than 110 or 120 against a cop that had at least a foot on her and another 80+ pounds to trow around. While I comnend the officers for not nightsticking her like Rodney King, I don't feel their reactions should go completely without some sort of recourse.
Everyone in this short video is suspect. Not one of them conducted themselves properly
If EVERYONE on the planet would conduct themselves with dignity and respect, there wouldn't be this sort of crap happening all over the place all of the time.
Not so long ago, a deranged, ranting person's audience was limited to how many people happened to be on the same street. The Internet, however, has certainly allowed "crazy" to go global...

I work with the cops but that is way too much. if i was in that cell with the cop beating her up I would fight that dumb ass cop myself. That is one sick dude and I hope he gets sued for everything hes got. that is so darn stupid!!!

That is totally true. cops only feel powerful when they have their weapons but without them they really are scaredy pigs.

I was a Cop for 20 years in Greater Cleveland. I have NEVER seen a more disgusting example of Police brutality ( and believe me I've seen plenty ) in my life ! I spent 13 years as a Patrol Sergeant, and if that was my man, I would have arrested him on the spot ! There is no excuse for that kind of behavior. The use of force must be administered reasonably and in direct proportion to the THREAT ! I have been spit, bled, s#*t and pissed on, and have never lost control like that. That guy is a P#**Y if he thought that little girl was a threat. Unfortunately some other Cop is going to pay for that on the street when somebody, having seen this video, is either so scared or pissed off, that they assault him or her. We used to have a saying " Men of iron with sticks of wood, have been replaced by men of wood with sticks of iron : Unf@*#ing believable !
