I would start at the basics, remove and inspect the primary spring, same with the secondary spring, check belt,
also did the problem just happen or did it creep up on you?

It crept up with in a good 50 miles of riding it started as a bog that would work its way out and now it is a bog that it real bad from about 40-60 mph and at first i was able to get it up past 60 but now it is real hard to get it up there.... when i check the springs am i just looking for cracked springs or can they get worn out??????

cracked or broken or mishaped, with the sled parked, how is the belt sitting in the secondary? also inspect motor mounts to make sure the front bolts are still tight.
is there any rubber sticking to the primary clutch?

is the motor still snappy down low?

Yeah the motor is still snappy down low.... the belt is sitting on the secondary nice and straight.... so your leaning more towards a clutch problem
