i went to the black hills a little earlier this year and rented some new AC's and i realized just how much the TX-L doesn't have the capabilities to do. so, i am looking to upgrade to a new sled sometime in the next year. i am looking at the iq's and fusions, but don't know anything about them. i ride almost exclusively in ditches and in meadows. i also enjoy looking for and making jumps. go ahead and shoot me back as to what you guys think. Thanks!

different people will tell you different things it all depends on how well you maintain it. they will both be good for what you're doing.

Did you rent out of Trailshead?
My vote would go with the IQ.

IQ is better then a fusion, but if you find a 600 fusion for a good price you can not go wrong there either.

If your going to do some jumping, ditch banging etc. I would say go for an iq, preferably a race sled. Or a 600rr which i guess is a "race replica" so its like a race sled, yet it has oil injection, low compression heads, and all that stuff that would go good for regular riding, or trail riding.

thanks for the input guys! i was thinkin that the iq and the fusion were different, but i wasn't sure. apparently i was wrong. i think i will begin the search for a polaris iq chassis sled. oh and we rented out of mad moutain adventures. the sleds handled nice but were pretty doggy. had 'em governed to 60 mph, and decided that wasn't much fun once in a while.

I would say if your looking for a ditch/trail sled get the rr. It's the best of both worlds, iq racer chassis is one of the best jumping sleds ever. The fusion is an awesome trail sled. Get the rr it's the best of both worlds.
But if your into trail riding alot get the new sno pro chassis, the iqr doesn't offer alot of protect on trails.
Owning a race sled is like having a totally hot girlfriend..... All of your friends want to see it, feel it and check it out..... They all want to know what it is like to ride it, but if they only knew how much time and money it takes to keep one up, they would call you a fool!
