im having a problem with my 98 600 special when you start it up it runs great but if you let it sit for a few min and give it gas it pops out the muffler and injectors but it dont do it all the time you can get it to go away by giving it gas by just barley touching it any body with some ideas would be appreciated thanks.

It pops out of the injectors?

Does it bog down or quit when it does this?

yes it does any ideas you have to play with the throttle and somtimes it goes away but most of the time it boggs down pops and dies if i can get it out in the open and get it going before it starts to do this it goes good it ran fine when rode in morning went back out little later was running fine went threw liitle water and stop to talk to budie it poped and i shut it of its been messed up since.

Have you checked the coil or even the plug boots. On mine, the mag side plug wire bent (the little metal part on the inside) and it does kind of the same thing. Mine pops and bogs down until you let off or feather it back to normal, and then its good for a little bit. Maybe even check your connections between the magnito and the comp.

yea, i have seen lots of problems due to a few loose connections or bare wires grounding out
hope you figure it out
