The reason i ask is because we have not had one court date or anything yet and it happend december 18th
my moms comment to the thing
" I am so sorry for the Russo family and every family out there that has experienced such a horrific crime! There is no justification for anyone to do harm to another individual. This kind of violence is becoming more and more common in our schools. My son was attacked by 8 boys in december while he was leaving a utica community high school. Two of the 8 boys came from a completely different high school, which tells me all these boys premeditated this crime together. Several witness's stated to authorities that my son did all he could do to avoid a fight. He even got as far as getting into his car but these boys were ruthless and blocked him in with there vehicles to keep him from leaving. All 8 boys ganged up on him and punched kicked and stomped him down to the ground. He suffered multiple cuts and bruises to his face. If thats not bad enough how about the crack in his skull that he is still recovering from! Now we are about to experience our day in court. Im sorry if people don't agree with me but there is no punishment harsh enough to make up for what these boys have done. I wish things would change so no one has to experience this kind of trauma! "

as a society we need to stand up and put an end to this gang mentality. until we the people do something nothing is going to get better. evil succeeds when good people do nothing. plain and simple the community needs to march at the court house and put pressure on the judge to be harsh on these kids.
also if the victim was white and any of the other kids were any thing but white they should be charged with a hate crime as well as premeditated murder.
nothing goes like 3 holes!!

Ive had alot of threats to do things like this but never been actually beaten up. I always carry a bat in my truck now. Plus im a pretty big guy so I dont get alot of major problems.

so this happened in the school parking lot??? in front of the whole school body?? why the heck didn't other students help out or teachers, there had to be someone else around!!
One of our biggest problems with this society, the "I didn't wnat to get involved" defense. For gods sake you see some poor smuck getting stomped by 8 guys and you do nothing??? to me thats almost as bad as doing the stomping!!!

the link is broken for me, but i got the gist of the whole thing. like everyone has said, my generation just has this mentality that they can do what they want and not suffer any concequences. It's really sad to know this is the same people that will be running the country I live in. And it isnt just in the inner cities, I live in a rather rural area here in Michigan, and even here you get people acting the same exact way. Its just sad to know that this is the future of this great nation. Looking through time, children just seem to behave worst and worst the further we go through time. Back in the 1800s, not a single kid would EVER think about doing this. The concequences would be so profound you wouldnt even think about it for the fear of getting your a$$ beat. Now a days, fights are so common its rediculous. But now the bigger thing here is, 8 people against 1? Thats not right at all, this would be more acceptable if it was one kid verses another and he got the s#it beat out of him. But 8 on 1 is just wrong, and the fight should have ended as soon as the poor kid fell on the ground. I'll be praying for the kid, my heart goes out to the family, and I hope these kids get treated like the cowards they are. Absolutely unacceptable, in every way you try to look at it.

i got jumped by 4 kids in october after one of them said i had a baby D!ck so i called him a fat spic. Not a good idea so one day after school one of them followed me out and the other three were waiting out there and they just started wailing on me and my face was pretty jacked up it sucked the kids got suspended and i got a saturday school

Yeah there are a whole bunch of gang fights at my school What they do is suspend you for like 10 days and you get an assault charge. Which means you can never own a gun. But yet there are still fights at my school. Kids just dont care about the consequences

The other day we had a little tal with a person that we know.It ended up his ass got kicked. His girlfriend, now ex came storming into timmy hoes crying because the ass hole hit her. So me and my buddie walked out side to talk to him.I asked him why he hit her,And the response i got was. "what the f@#k you going to do about it." That had me pissed.I went and walked over to him and he got in his truck.My buddie pulled his truck up behind him so he would haveto wait for traffic to clear. As i walked over, he took a full bottle out of his truck and threw it at my buddies truck.(Put a good size dent on the hood.)So we pulled him out the window gave him a black eye and left.
Theres a few things that piss me off. And one of them are women beaters.He hit this girl hard enough to give her a bruise.
And in my school if 2 people get into a fight its automatic 5 days susp. Even if you dont throw a punch you get it.So if there ever is a fight its always a good one.
