Hey guys
so the other night i was riding with some friends (some i wouldnt call friends ) and i took my friends sled for a ride and my friends friend has the same sled as me and his gas cap always leaks and is broken so he switches gas caps without me knowing cause its dark out..
so i come home and realize mine is broken(its not mine) and i find out that he switched gas caps, so i go to my friends house and the guy who jacked my cap is there in his garage so i go and switch gas caps back so i have my new one.
So i hear from someone that he is gunna kick my ass. He is 1 year older than me but a lot bigger and i am no fighter, havent really gotten in a real fight, i dunno if this guy is just saying this to act tough or not but i need ur help
So guys what should i do??

F him. He stole your cap. Whatever you do don't give it back. How old are you? If your young tell your parents. If he want's to fight about it tell to come on and don't weight for him to hit you, just punch him in the face as hard as you can and keep hitting him. But if you can act convincingly like your not afraid of him and you don't really care I bet he won't back it up.

im only 14.. he's way bigger than me and id probably get my ass kicked but i doubt he will fight me..cause my parents will find out and my dad would go kick the **** out of him, well we'll see what happens, i wont see him much, only time i see him is when i go riding with him and riding is over

he sounds immature to me, if he wants to fight you over a stupid lil gas cap. just try to ignore him as much as you can. youd be the bigger person if you ignored him.

polaris freak 08 is true, but i suggest-
spraypaint a cap gun black and carry it with you, he'll back off if you ever have to show it, and you will have a laugh. If it was me, and i was defensless(far from it, but whatev) i would just talk to your parents, or a nice big friend (like me, but im far away)
you'll be fine either way, your skin gets tough after the first 50 or 60 fights.

tell him to grow up, and go buy his own gas cap. theft is illegal even if its just a gas cap. if he hits you, get a good lawyer and make sure he spends some time in a correctional facility were the boys will break him in and maybe change his outlook on life. i hate people who try to get their away with intimidation, shows their true character.

if he trys fighting you try this it has worked for me, give him one in the jaw,and two in the nose, dont wind up either quick hard shots.after the 3rd hit he will be dazed then kick his feet out, now the ball is in youre hands do what you want with him from their hahah.

Ingrave your name on the inside of your and if he takes it go to his housae ask for it back and tell him you can prove its yours!!! People who always jump the gun on fightin like that are just trying to intimidate you. In most cases if they were gonna kick your ass they wouldve done it by now. I would definetly back you up if I was there!!!

its a $12 gas cap...its not worth getting in a fight over, sure it is an incovenient $12, but just try and explain that to this guy. If it comes to blows over $12, then yeah, as said above, get a lawyer and state your case, I highly doubt that it would come to that, at 14 yeah everybody says they're going to beat somebody up over anything...I wouldn't take it too seriously.

Then take back gas cap and leave.

First off, if your not going to see him again for a while, let it go. Secondly, don't do a damn thing with a toy or paintball gun (Definately no real gun), you will just get yourself in major trouble. (seen the news lately? "Zero Tolerance" is real)
Third, you don't owe him anything, he should be glad you didn't report him for stealing the cap in the first place.
And last but not least, enjoy your young life, you will find things get a lot more serious as you get older.

exactly, back when i was 14, which wasnt that long ago. everyone said they were gonna beat each other up, and nothing ever happened. i may have had one fight my entire life that i seen during the ages of 13-15.

Waiting and worrying about it as worse than the beating (if that happens). He stole from you and you took back what is yours. Fight or not, getting hurt or not... just remember you'll remember this for along time.
Don't listen to any fool who recommends bringing ANY type of gun to school or someone will end up posting the news link in this thread and the issue over a gas cap will be the least of your worries.

yea i guess it kind of depends where your from. My paintball theory wouldn't work out as well in a big city as it would in our little crappy town, where you wouldn't end up in too much trouble from a paintball gun. Definately don't pull a real gun, or one that looks real because then you will possibly be charged with a concealed weapon. Idk the people i associate myself with are good people and don't do that kind of stupid sh*t so I wouldn't know the right way to approach this kind of situation.
Sorry for the sh*tty advice. Don't pull any kind of weapon.

Dont worry about it, your 14 and hes 15, hes 15 remember that, unless hes some kind of "ultimate badass" than hes just all talk like every other 15 year old boy. You did the right thing, he jacked your gas cap, you got whats yours. He told your friend hes gonna kick your ass because he wants to sound like the hotest sh*t thats hit the dirt since the hot chili fest.
Hes still 15, if he jacked your gas cap and you took it back than he knows he did something wrong and he doesnt want to give anyone any more of a reason to let his parents know. Remember he still has mommy and daddy to answer to.
