Well I've been working on a secret build for awhile now and I'm proud of myself for not leaking any info to you guys. It started out as a 2003 Pro-X 440 and went under heavy modification and this is the result.....

Before

After

Here is a list of the materials I used

JB Weld (lots of it)
aluminum welder
Monster Stickers
Bar Keepers Friend
A bogie wheel from a 1982 ski doo
and some other miscellaneous stuff

let me know what you think

i agree with MuscleD, it wouldv'e looked better without the monster stickers and painted the american flag accross the whole hood, then it wouldv'e looked like you really tried!

I finally joined the IQ club, just in time for summer but better late than never. Just to clarify I will be taking the monster stickers off of it. I'll use the stickers for heat to cure the JB weld by burning them

I'm planning on stripping all the stickers off and then I'm going to brainstorm some ideas for paint and stickers this summer. Its hard to think of paint schemes that haven't already been used.

what did you do with the pro-x?

Bambi would have been a better and shorter movie if he was shot in the beginning with his mother

if a ride on lawn mower takes bumps better than your sled, its time to upgrade

I didn't actually use anything in that list. The sled is in very solid condition it just needs a good cleaning. The tunnel is a little beat up in the back but still straight and solid
