IT'S ALIVE....HAHAHA !
Finished the wiring today and it started on the second pull. VERY responsive on the throttle on the bottom end. If I can get a video on my camera I will try to get it on here in the next day or so.

It looks like you used the stock trailing arms. So did you just use the radius rods, shocks, and steering rods?

Trailing arms are the stock arms.
Radius rods, shocks, tie rods , steering arms and spindles all need to be off of an extra 10 non CRC. Supposedly you are able to use the stock tortion bar, but for some reason mine was just a little too short for my liking. So, I extended it by about an inch and a half on either side.

There was a sticky thread that had all the parts listed, but I can't find it anymore.

you should get xtra-10 trailing arms. they hold the spindle at a better angle. get the 10inch T-arms especially if youre going to go with the xtra10 spindles

1999 Polaris XC 500
-holeshot skid plate
-fox reservoir front track shock
-fox front shocks
-xenon low-beam bulb (very helpful at night)

Just add gas and snow!

The other clutch bolt didn't fit? This also means you'll probably also have issues with finding a clutch tool to remove the clutch.

As an example, my '95 motor has an '02 clutch on it, and no stock tools fit. (I bought the sled this way) The guy (a decent sled mechanic) that put the clutch on it, modded a clutch tool to remove it, and I could never talk him into telling me the mod he did, although I expect it was just to make a plug to extend a short tool. He passed away suddenly and took the info with him, so my clutch is stuck on until I actually get my hands on 2 clutch tools and compare them to figure out the difference. You might have the same issue, just to make you aware of it.

So,now I start the dismantling of the mag sid of the engine to get to the stator. Not too bad of a process, took about 25 min. Including putting marks on the inside of the case to make sure timing is correct when I reinstall the new stator.
