I have a 98 RMK 136" xtra 10 parts sled that I would like to remove the rear suspension from and put it on my 93 EFI that has a 121" standard 8.
Can I do this and still keep my 121" rails and track?
Is there any other parts that I would need?

If you go to www.jbshocks.com and check the tech related section, the diagrams for the 121" Xtra-10 and the 136" Xtra-10 show the mounting bolts being in different locations. I'm assuming that this means the torque arms will mount in different locations on the rails also, but I'm not 100% sure. Good luck.

Can the xtra 10 136 rails be shortened? Or do I need to get a set of 121" xtra 10 rails?

you need x10 rails, cheaper to buy a complete setup...why not put everything in the 98 chassis? get the rest of the parts and make it work, its a definite improvement over your 93.

I would but I bought the 98 chassis for some parts that I need for another 98 RMK. It does have an excellent suspension front and rear and a nice 136 x 1.75 track though. The only thing is that the other 2 sleds are both 93s, 1 is 121 and the other is a 133.5, both have brand new tracks on them and I would like to use both of the tracks. The 136 track is going on my 98.

Here is another ? for you suspension gurus. Can I put just the xtra 10 front shocks on either of my 93s, or do I have to change any other parts such as trailing arms, spindles, etc.?
