I'd say 20 to 25 pounds of boost. Be real here people, at 50 pounds that head gasket would be all over the road. If the block has been O-ringed the crank and rods wouldn't hold up very long. (35 pounds makes 17/1 comp ratio) Think about it.

I know right haha 50 pounds of boost is numbers you hear about in street legal diesels not gas cars. Theres a guy that goes to NMU which is the college in my town hes the owner of snakebite prob the most badass stang you will ever see on the street! The first vid is shear power just listen to the kenne bell scream in the 2nd vid! This is only 15lbs of boost on 93 octane and there making that much power. Imagine what 50LBS!!!!!! would do to that engine. Get real

<edit> TSI's are pretty quick stock.. Those DSMs can handle alot suprisingly.

I just watched the first video. I'm not impressed.

SSnthe10s, Very nice, very few people realize how fast a "10 second" run really is.

those were 9 second runs.... its not bad for a street car, its not a race car at all we just take it to the track every now and then for fun.

Well heres the text book definition.

Pro Stock (NHRA and IHRA) Must maintain stock appearance. NHRA cars can run no more than 8.2 L (500 cubic inches) while IHRA cars can run a maximum of 13.4 L (820 cubic inches) ("Mountain Motors").

Pro Modified (Pro Mod) Some engine restrictions, very high power. Cars can run superchargers or nitrous oxide. Cars running blowers are limited to 8.6 L (527 cubic inches) while cars with nitrous oxide can run up to 12.1 L (740 cubic inches).

Oh nvm i didnt read that you go to the track once in a while. So you wouldnt be in any class. I thought you raced brackets. My mistake

pro stock and pro mod are heavy hitters. million dollar cars. bracket racing is gay. the first pro mod turbo car went in the 5s last week. 5.97 @ 250mph!
