I have been living and working in PA for a fews years now but have always kept my Parents address on my license for NY. Insurance was always cheaper and it was just convenient. But since I have been called for jury duty a few times and had to get letters from work saying I couldnt go, they said I pretty much had to go the next time. So I finally got my residency and drivers license switched over to PA. Best thing about it is the PA Gun Laws. IT is near impossible for gun ownership in NY with outrageous application fees, long waiting period and no garauntee you will get a permit. And that is just to buy a gun. In PA all you need is a valid in-state drivers license with no criminal record. Well my first order of business is getting a handgun. I have wanted my own forever and finally get to do it. No more BS. I'm probably going to get a Beretta M9 9mm service pistol. It is the same one I carried in the Coast Guard. I like them. After that I am a big .38 fan and will look for a revolver.

How many out there are 2nd amendment followers? I'm not talking about shotguns or rifles, I have many of those and anyone can buy them. Pistols, handguns and who can carry them?

Well I have a few 22 pistols mainly for target practice but my baby is a 45 Mag with a scope and I only shoot hollow-points ..not really a hand gun I would carry around all day. Its been a while but I believe MI is like a 10 day waiting period and no criminal record. I am sure as time goes on its only going to get harder and harder to purchase one.

Beretta 92f 9mm and a Smith 629 Classic DX .44 mag. I would like to buy a Ruger .22 plinker this summer.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

Walther shorty .22 auto---wife's gun.
Colt King Cobra .357 stainless--lots of power, fun target gun.
S&W .40cal auto--my personal carry gun--light weight,powerful,tough as nails gun.

These are the pistols that I own!!!!

For someone that believes so strongly in the 2nd amendment I can't believe you skipped out on your civic duty....Twice!! I know jury duty is a pain in the ass to alot of people but it is still an important part of our system of freedom and shouldn't be taken lightly.

I didn't just skip out on this. The first time I was called I was in the Coast Guard. The second time I was called I was going to school in Arizona and I was called again last year but I live in West Chester, PA outside of Philadelphia. 4 hours away from home. I have a good job here and never switched my residency over. When you barely make it by paycheck to paycheck I can't afford to miss work. It's not like taking the afternoon off. You have to go up there and go through the selection process. The only reason i kept my NY license is because Car insurance was cheaper there than outside of Philadelphia and it was convenient. Going in for jury duty to not get paid at work for some dude who smacks his girl around is not worth it for me and I straight up can't afford it. With the way the Economy is right now, I would be scared sh*tless to miss work for jury duty "out of state."

Every time I have had jury duty I received full pay. I can't remember if it was from the state or my work.

You didn't vote in the presidential election either!

Got myself a Springfield XD .45 last summer. Definitely like the XD and you can't beat a .45, specially those hollow points.

I have a concealed weapons permit, but thats just for when it or the AR is in my pickup, I really have no reason to carry one on me. Also figured it would be a good idea incase Obama threw in some more gun restrictions so I could avoid waiting periods and what not.

Good thing my economic crisis plan has diverted his attention.

Would like to pick up a Colt SAA replica at some point as well.

How many guns I have????? That's a secret. The one I use the most and carry concealed (yes it is possible) is my 4 inch .44 mag ruger redhawk. The way I see it is if I ever have to use it I want it to work and be final as quick as possible.

From what I have been seeing the number of gun owners buying new units and the number of first time owners has skyrocketed since the election. It is almost impossible to find any hand gun .357 .38 .41 .40 10MM .44 ammunition anywhere in town.

I don't have any use for AR's or anything too fancy. The less moving parts the better. Keep down, pick your shots and be a good shot to begin with and you don't need to spray bullets all over the place to get the job done.

96 xlt sks/rmk. custom 5.5 inch riser on the bars, custom air intake, custom front shock mounts, custom oil feed channel in block to inner pto end bearing, primer (I hate chokes), custom = I made it myself

Kimber Custom 2 45ACP with Night Sights

Mine is at the range, this is a picture of the same gun online. I love michigan gun laws. Its an open carry state, you prove your 18 with a drivers license and prove that it is yours, you can carry it everywhere as long as it is clearly visible. Concealed Carry only takes a 8 hour class, 150 dollars, and a visit to the county clerk . As soon as I turn 18 I will open carry at my job. I work at a gun range so it looks nice when the employees carry guns that they sell at the range. Thats why I got my Kimber for 550 dollars!
