just acquired an old JOhnson sled. cant figure out what year it is. looks really decent and intact.


can anyone tell me what year it is and cc's?

I sure could use a look at the engine to tell more about the cc's. I had several OMC's, but not this exact model. Is it a single or an opposed twin? It looks like a Rampage with the single cyl. engine, but can't tell for sure.

1970 is my best guess. Probly the opposed twin, they built a ton of them. They were actually great engines. Not overly fast, but, smooth & reliable.

Looks like a 1971 to me. Should be a 437cc.
