I am looking into swapping my rear suspension for a 144". Has anybody done this and do they have some pics. I am wondering about the mounting holes and how far out they will be. Let me know if this will work out or not.

I would say to look at the donor sled if possible to get your specs.

Jetted, boyesen reed petals, boost bottle, 98xc carbs slides, 1371 needles, gutted air box
Homeade 7 1/2" riser
Homeade suspension drop brackets
shortened and blackened windshield
powermadd handguards
144 conversion, tracks usa extensions, custom tunnel extension and rear bumper, IQ flap, 1.25" track

^^ well i have that. How was/is yours for cooling, you have 144" right. What coolers do you have in your sled.

So far just the stock coolers up under the tunnel, and haven't had the light come on yet. I do want to get a temp gauge hooked up just so I can keep an eye on it though. I really don't know why they don't come with one from the factory.
