if it's fouling plugs all the time it's way out of tune. What do the plugs look like when you pull em?
What's your problem? RUFWM?

it fouls when it idles, when I pull the plugs they are wet and black, the black looks normal tho. I sandblast the plugs and good to go again for a while.

Well, if you cleaned your carbs, but never adjusted them for the whole season, it seems pretty clear what the problem is.
Get some new stock spec/heat NGK plugs, not colder or iridium or gold plated or super high output or whatever and make sure the gap is right. Put them in, with or without new wires. The most important step: SPEND TIME TUNING THE CARBS make sure they are tuned right. Look around for how many turns is stock, and start there.
I guarantee it will run well, and never foul plugs again. I rode for the whole season on the same set of plugs that's been in there for years. Never had a problem.

You can always put on bigger chrome wheels and spinners, that would be cool!!! Chrome gives you at least 20 mph!!! And the stickers too, they are good for at least 50 hp.

If that is how it starts all the time, you have problems!
nahhh just when its cold. the problems is trying to move those 4 cylinders of a V-Max 4 is so hard you almost need to use starting fluid to get some combustion in the clyinders. something to get them rotating. if its less than 20 degrees outside its like trying to uproot a tree when you try and start that.

I added a primmer to go to each carb on mine and add a bit of oil to the gas, mine now starts on the second pull. what a difference. i also to one head gasket of and was better on the bottom end. robs700
