I don't believe it... Mythbusters covered this one and the urine stream is not solid enough to conduct. The stream is actually small droplets that don't form a continuous stream.

and mythbusters did it to the " 3rd rail" and how many times do you pee and see a broken stream? when i gotta go i gotta go and its full pressure like a hose,it gets broken at the bottom if youre outside,but i do believe it can and will happen

I believe they concluded that on there test dummy it was just droplets and not a solid line. For obvious reasons they didn't test it with a real person. I know when I pee it is coming out a hell of a lot faster than what that test dummy was doing.

If on Mythbusters they used a balloon instead of a regular container it would have similar pressure to that of a bladder ready to let go.

Idk about mythbusters sometimes i think they could do better. For pissin on the wire I have done it many times but nothing happened maybe this guy was wizzin realy close to the wire
