well winters pretty much over here so i decided i would start my thread for the year it starts out as this 2005 xcsp 600, chrome windy, stripped decals, 3.5 inch rox riser, powermadd handguards, c&a ultra 3 skis,1.25 camoplast preditor, slp can fly bars/barpad xeon headlight bulbs and rsi barhooks, shorty seat, odi grips,light blue clutch spring,
so far i have bought a ryde fx clicker shock for the rear i got for 75.00 but it needs a new shaft +40.00 a camoplast cobra for 259.00 and i have sold my shorty seat for 300.00, painted blue headlight cover black.
my plans so far are protaper contour bars carmichel bend, iqr seat modded to fit edge tank,rebuild all shocks,new waterjacket cover from a 500 (black), put the stock clutch spring back in the light blue was a last minute thing,get hood painted flat black,reinforce tunnel in snowflap area where its cracking,new waterpump belt(prevenitive maintnence),new hyfax,new bearings in skid,re paint my pipe,clean clutches,rsi handwarmers,change pilot jets(any recomendations loads up bad on low end),new torsion springs (mine are in bad shape), possibly new ignition (messing with tach), billit recoil handle,
and powdercoat
the suspention rails (gloss black) part of the rear torque arm (gloss white) trailing arms (black) radius rods (lime green) front springs (white) a few shafts in the rear skid (lime green) spindle tops (white) shock support rods(white) rear bumper (lime green) riser (lime green)

Thats going to look sick with the black and green like that. I dont think ive ever seen a polaris with those combos  Cant wait to see the finished product!

You will love the pro taper contour (carmichael bend) if you didn't see them, heres what mine look like. Also a billet throttle block through RSI is great and cleans up the bars ALOT.

There's a guy in town here with an 02 black RMK, with a 159 I think it is. He painted his whole rear suspension, front suspension, ski loops, rear bumper all lime green. Could be more that he has painted on it, no sure, but it looks AWESOME. Not cheap like you might think, I really like it, yours should look sweet too when it's done.

steve not sure why the lime green ever sence i bought a lime green tshirt at a watercross last summer it has been my favorate color

sks7kid your sled is where i got the idea for the bars and i may do a billet throttle block too which one did you do? but if i do that i want to get a different killswitch too because not having one bugs me lol also do you know what style bar hooks these bars need the tapered or a normal one?

I have the tapered ones from RSI on my sled with 8in ODI grips. What a great setup.

i chose not to run a kill switch.. just use a key and a tether switch. I have no clue what hooks would work in these bars
|

got my track today its in great shape theres only 1 small peice of paddle missing and 1 more thats got a little slice in it
the first pic is showing its a 2 ply hard to tell i know

well it seems that my plans have all changed and now this is going to be on a budget lol because im mostlikely buying a watercross chassis tonight and seeing how i cant seem to find an iqr seat anywhere i decided to take the edge x seat off my indy just to see what it looked like and it looks really really good so that also changed my color scheme so there wont be any green anymore the hood will be staying gloss black i wont be getting the bars or the billit recoil but i wil probably be purchaceing these tonight

i liked the first ideas, and i think i will be doing similar things this summer to my 2001 xc600sp.
and i personally think that edge-x seat looks stupid on yor xc, no offense, but thats IMO.
were you runing a bit of water? lol?
are those front shocks stock?
sounds like a good product, just to add looks, my sleds going to have alot of billet, lol. i will pick some of those up later this month.

Water x sled will first be run at flatrock but eventually were prob gunna run it all over ny

why does it matter how old i am? how old are you thewayout440? and i asked if those shocks were stock becasue the front end seems to sit higher than the 600xcsp's i've seen. you have a nice sled though polaris91!!!! and i intend on making mine look something like that, as i like the black&white on a xcsp.

they dont make white flaps and the shocks are actualy pretty beat if you puch down on them they stay down lol
