Last summer I got a Job promotion and started working 6days a week. Knowing I would not be able to sled much if at all this season. I sold my truck to buy a Mint 96 Firebird Formula WS6 6speed with 27k. Well I got started modding and couldnt stop. LOL! Since I had no truck I sold the sleds to keep modding the car. Well the car is a beast Now and make 425rwhp and I just got it to the track for the first time. There was 0 track prep and the track was super cold.
I ran 11.881@119.44 mph spinning the first few gears! Listen to the vid

So While I was doing that, I was thinking of how to get another tow vehicle for sleds next season, so....... I bought a Corvette. LOL!
Well I did. I bought a 95 Vette from a buddy for cheap, in payments to him, then sold it and bought a pretty mint 99 Jeep Cherokee Sport.
So now I have my car and a Truck to pull sleds with again!
I havent been on much because it drepresses me I dont have a sled at the moment, but Ill be back soon!!!! Still tring to decide what I want.
Its gonna Be a CAT unless someone releases some thing super kick ass by next year.

96 WS6 on street rims/tires

95 Vette (sold)

99 Jeep

Been a busy winter!

That firebird is sick! It sounds so good going down the track. I remember last fall you got to talking about your cars and showing us pics of them racing, then you up and disappeared! I figured you were busy racing cars instead of sleds. I fiured you'd be back eventually though. Once again sweet cars and nice video.

Good to have ya back

^buy my cat haha. But nice car!

Owning a race sled is like having a totally hot girlfriend..... All of your friends want to see it, feel it and check it out..... They all want to know what it is like to ride it, but if they only knew how much time and money it takes to keep one up, they would call you a fool!

That Firebird is one beautiful machine! But 27K?! Isn't that kind of alot for a 13 year old car?

Thanks guys!! The car is stick. and it had 27K miles The dealer wanted 16k I worked them down to 11,500 out the door.
My very first new car from the dealer was a 96 V6 firebird so I always drooled over this car.
Its 1 of 524 Red Formula WS6s, but that includes all autos, t-tops and leather cars.
Mine is the most desired Hardtop with M6 and cloth in the WS6 package. It the lightest, strongest car with the most HP and best suspension you could buy. Maybe 1 of 50 or less but GM only kept record by color. Pretty cool I still have the orginal window sticker and Gm records.

Does the Jeep have the in-line six? I have a '95 with 335,000. miles on it and you would never know it. All I have done on it is routine maintenance... oil, brakes, exhaust, plugs and that's it. It needs some new rear shocks and the rear main seal has a small leak, but not enough to warrent that job yet.
It pulls my covered 2-place just fine.

Nice dude. Got any old parts from the snopro you want to get rid of? I remember a while back you said you had a cross-link for sale. You still got any of that? Because I'm looking for a crosslink for my sled.
