well iv got an old 86 tundra it needs a new track and seat and lots of other things, anyway there is a person near me selling a 121 tundra track, i was thinking swap a c7 or sc-10 into it with the 121 track and Change the motor. id like to keep the motor fan cooled. only going LC if i have to. so anyone know of any good motors i should look for? im open to all suggestions and brands, yam, cat, doo, poo etc. Id be doing this over the summer.

i think you should put all that money towards a newer sled. jumping and leaf springs dont mix that well.
take off your windshield, it'll make you go faster

An SC-10 suspension and a newer liquid cooled doo motor will run you the price of a 95-96 mxz 583. Just get a newer sled

Kinda like chrome sprockets on a manure spreader. Sure you can do it, but why?
I like anything fast enough to do something stupid on

Supprize us! do something really off the charts with it?!?
utility, mini-groomer, 3-up sled, boondocker, etc... If you don't have much invested, guess you could do something pretty crazy.

I agree with this guy! If you're doing something different, thats way cool. But if you want to put dirtbike handlebars on, jack the back end up like all the other idiots do with their ancient sleds, it'd be dumb...
