My online time from June 21st til sometime in August will be greatly reduced. I work at a Summer camp in NH and internet access is spotty.

I'm still on quite a bit everyday, though. Not technically working and workin on the sled all day lends itself to a lot of time to waste. Why not here??

For what it's worth, I'll be on every day that I have access to a computer. I like watching people's summer builds.

Hopefully I make enough money to buy a newer sled(fusion or iq 600) this fall so I will be able to start my own build.

Wow look at that guy!

Another thing about summer, it seems that since there are less posts, all of them get help/answered. Come winter, 20 people ask the same question in a month, and they go unanswered at times because we already went thru that over the summer haha.

Hey even I might tear into my sled this summer, I usually wait till winter!! :)

I totally agree! Why would you want to work on the sled in the freezing cold?
But I agree. 80 or higher I overheat.

You know it's summer when the last time you posted is only the third topic or so down from the top compared to winter when you would be shuffled 3 pages or more lol. Ya it's summer at SF and I love every minute of it! I like seeing matt's adventures with his bike and other stupid topics during the summer.

The one plus of summer on seasonal forums...I can work all week, check SF on the weekends, and still only have 2 pages top of active topics. At the same time, it does get boring at times, but that's not all bad.

I'm ready for summer. I'm already plotting items to spend my hard earned summer money on (besides school loans). A new HMK jacket and new helmet will soon be within my grasps for next season.

Its been summer here in GA since Feb for me. I hate it, you guys can have the 90+ with 100% humidity. It has rained more here than any other time in a long time. Playing soldier out in the woods for a week at a time is not fun when you never get dry. Ft. Benning sucks, I want snow, and I want it now. If I somehow get disfortunate enough to be stationed here I may in fact lose my mind. Hope all had a great riding season, but it is time for summer play.

Missed out on four months of sled talk so I feel lost looking around. All the new faces and some old ones are good to see.

Recognizing that I volunteered as a Ranger, fully knowing the hazards of my chosen profession, I will always endeavor to uphold the prestige, honor, and high esprit de corps of the Rangers. Acknowledging the fact that a Ranger is a more elite soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air, I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other soldier. Never shall I fail my comrades. I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight and I will shoulder more than my share of the task whatever it may be, one-hundred-percent and then some. Gallantly will I show the world that I am a specially selected and well-trained soldier. My courtesy to superior officers, neatness of dress and care of equipment shall set the example for others to follow. Energetically will I meet the enemies of my country. I shall defeat them on the field of battle for I am better trained and will fight with all my might. Surrender is not a Ranger word. I will never leave a fallen comrade to fall into the hands of the enemy and under no circumstances will I ever embarrass my country. Readily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to fight on to the Ranger objective and complete the mission though I be the lone survivor. I just did 500 miles this weekend. Left when it was raining and came back with it was 40's and high wind. One of the things I was going to do was take this picture for an online photo tag thing I did on another website. Long story with that but this was the outcome

Yes we are!
You have to remember, a good deal of our ancestors came from Finland, Norway or Sweden.

And by the way, summer only lasts about 15 minutes . You have to be ready for it.
