My sled spends too much time on its hood to justify spending money on a custom paint job. Granted my sled doesn't have the stock color scheme, I did all painting myself, but definatly nothing elaborate. TRICKpaint, nothing but some good stuff as usual!

Working on it :(
That race checker machine looks great. It's going to look even better when you finish it. A lot of time goes in to that masking you did. I can really appriciate it:) Try fogging the white checks corners ever so slightly just where they meet. I'll see if I have an example here.
Here ya go:

Thanks. It really does take LOTS of time...it took probably 5-6 hours just to do that quick mask...and just for a trial to see if I'd like it. Now it's time to do the real thing....I'm guessing about 20-30 hours...as I'm not a pro at it...
There's a lot of fogging and shadowing to be done once it's layed out, just hope it turns out the way I want.

Thanks Trick. :) I like it a lot. Was done by a local guy here. Started out red and he turned it into this. :) He got the idea from the hood vents, they have a honeycomb shape to them as well. Well then you want to see it in person, we just might have to work that out. :) Would love to come ride with you guys for a week end. :P Just a bit far away.

That's the first time I have seen it on your machine. I know the Orange is not quite exact, but it looks good with the factory graphics on there.
