Sweet sled jesse!

Im going to trading a junk vehicle, my dad's old busted dodge plow truck, for a 98 indy 500, wiht an extra 10 in it. We never paid anyhting for the truck, so i see it as free.
I also might be getting a 97 polaris 600 triple, (free) for trade for some water treatment stuff.

I've gotten some free sleds before, i just picked up a 96 mach Z 780, bored over, and a 90 safari 377.
here's some links.

Yeah, i was considering a clutch kit, but i havn't even driven it yet, so i think i'll do that first!
I am really looking forward to trying that skidoo out tho- it's my first triple, my first skidoo, and the biggest engine i have, besides my longtrack 700.

my brother-in-laws brother had the exact same sled (1996 skidoo mach z 780 tripple tripple). He bought it with 1200 original miles, he drove it for about 1000 miles ad it blew, he got everything replaced by the skidoo shop, 500 miles later the cranck blew, got it fixed at the skidoo shop, drive it the last 300 or so miles of winter (last year) the chaincase blew apart. He sold that bucket and bought a 2003 yamaha sxviper 700 tripple.

Present sleds:

It's amazing how good of a consition that is in! my 99 sks has got rips in the seat and the windshield is all scrathed up.
Good choice of the belly pan.
the low windshield really seems like a must- have, increases the looks alot.
