I guess they are making a Stooges flick. All I know is Jim Carry is supposed to play "Curly".

Here's a couple of old clips I found funny:

I don't know if it was the three stooges, but I remember one slapstick skit with a 3 people and a bunk bed, always used to watch that as a kid.

LOL found it

Ahhh!! These are great...the true "classics". I used to watch them all the time. Wish people would've remembered them and still aired the episodes....Curly is the best!!
Hopefully Jim Carry can truly play the part....

Here's the info on the movie.

Edit: I guess this is a "Guys" show.

Best show ever. I can't get enough of the stooges! Moe, Larry, and Curly were the best and will never be beat!

Yeah, my mom hates 'em too! HAHAHA.

Trickpaint, how old is this girlfriend?

At 40+ I only ask because my new office mate of 26 has never heard of Hee-Haw or Lawernce Welk.

Wow, is she from the USA because it sounds like she has just been deprived of any form of popular culture history. I assume she has never heard about Orson Welles radio broadcast of "War of the Worlds" as well. I have a niece about the same age as your office mate and she is quite aware of that, Mr. Welk, Hee-Haw and much more.
In answer to your question, I am not seeing anyone at present, but was refering to girls within a couple years of my age (40-50). With major icons like what you mentioned and the Three Stooges, age beyond college years (22+) should not have much bearing. I can understand that one may have little or zero knowledge of of pop culture that is obscure, but "Hee-Haw":). I don't know what it is, but most girls just don't like the Stooges?

The stooges were cool.
Very funny stuff.

Hee haw, best thing about that show was the silicone.... lol
Can't take the "music" in it though.
It's just better to turn off the volume and listen to Black Sabbath or something similar.
