Like 225, but i would rather have 25 awesome miles in deep powder than 225 miles on a trail any day.

We went from Waters, Michigan to Munising in the U.P. in like 14 hours. We left at like 8 in the morning and got there at 10 at night. I think it was 260 miles. It was windy when we left so we were flying over drifts on the trails until we got up across the bridge. Id say that we only rode 8 or 9 hours because we had to wait on a trailer to cross the bridge, had to go slow because i didnt have lights for a while, we had to dig out 2 buried sleds, and we stopped for lunch and dinner. We tried taking one of the county roads from I think Newberry, it was getting dark and my lights were just about gone at this point and we were just breaking through powder doing 50 and came across a buried Vector and a guy standing next to it. The road was drifted over in 6 foot of snow. My dad sent my brother out to see if he could make it since he has a light sled but ended up falling into a channel. That was probably the most interesting day of sledding ill ever have. We rode back the next day, and overall i wasn't really sore or tired. I think every full day of riding up north i did i rode between 250-300 miles a day. To bad i rode 5 days down here but only racked up 200 miles.

Well I never really keep track of time and miles when we are out in the mountains, but I do know that we put on like 500 miles on a three day trip.

like 50-75, 110 is expensive

Owning a race sled is like having a totally hot girlfriend..... All of your friends want to see it, feel it and check it out..... They all want to know what it is like to ride it, but if they only knew how much time and money it takes to keep one up, they would call you a fool!

340 miles and 1 1/2 sleds later in the U.P. about 4 years ago. Was worth every back breaking bump on the way back from Copper Harbor to our hotel in Silver City. Left at 730am from silver city, went down to berglund, then up to mass city and houghton final stop was copper harbor and we turned around. i believe we got back at like 8 or 9 pm.

With a group of ten, we went from Lake Gogebic to Copper Harbor, and back. put on 300. stopped a few times for food, and played around. We were out alittle over 16 hours.

I did 420 miles in one day this past year on my xcr 800. Me and 3 other guys went from the comfort inn in kirkland lake ontario to smooth rock ontario and turned around there and came back the same way. We were going to go through timmins but we were running out of time and gas stops. If we would have went that way it would have been a 500 mile day. It helps when the trails are smooth and you can run 110 mph all day long.

About 287+, but my buddy who lives in Echo Bay, Ontario ended up doing closer to 315+ that day because I pulled off where i was staying and then he still had another 25 or so miles back to his house in Echo Bay. I slept well that night. Sorta felt bad about my buddy still having another 45 minutes of riding, because as good as the trails were that day, we also went through a lot of beat up sections. I would do it again though. We did about 120 the next day.

240+ twice, 230 about 4 times, 220 plenty of times. 180 is average in Feb/Mar/Apr. And no such thing as a groomed trail where I ride. Plenty of powder and cross country riding. You will be tired trying to keep up with me. :)

I would say 250 miles +/-. My family did the loop around Moosehead Lake. And ended up back in Rockwood after getting lost on a trial that wasn't marked.

About 120 miles. It was -40F for the first 90 and warmed up to around 0 once we got over the "pass".

Does anyone know what the record is for a one day ride? I remember the Polaris test crew did a little over 1000 in a day on a pair of Indy 500's way back when. I heard that that record was broken but I forgot the specifics.

96 xlt sks/rmk. custom 5.5 inch riser on the bars, custom air intake, custom front shock mounts, custom oil feed channel in block to inner pto end bearing, primer (I hate chokes), custom = I made it myself
