Bought a new toy last week, it´s a Honda CB600F Hornet, I think it´s known as the Honda 599 in the States...
It´s a 99' with just over 60.000km on the clock. Runs like a champ, and I´m the 3rd owner.
The previous owner has installed a K&N Freeflow-filter, Slip-on exhaust, CF front fender + some of the fairings.
I threw in a Fatbar with some risers, and have a Dynojet jet-kit in the shelf waiting for installation.
Here are a couple of pics.

Looks like that would be a sweet commuter bike. If I knew I wouldnt hurt myself I would probley be looking into something of that caliber.

I should, havn´t been doing many wheelies though since I still have to walk with crutches after the operation on my knee this spring.
Somehow I still havn´t got the confidence to do much stunting on this bike, it´s so much different than the KTM I used to have. (That´s not a suprise)
But if I ever get the hang of it, I´ll hit you with pics.

I don´t want this to end up like my Lynx did this spring:

nice bike! should be a fun bike for around town. What happened to the lynx? It looks like you hit a tree or a rock.. Hope your surgery went well..
Owning a race sled is like having a totally hot girlfriend..... All of your friends want to see it, feel it and check it out..... They all want to know what it is like to ride it, but if they only knew how much time and money it takes to keep one up, they would call you a fool!

I still want a Lynx with an 800R or ptek.

I hit a power line pole after going a little out of control.. Bent the bulkhead back so far the clutch and variator where almost touching eachother, also bent the crank since the clutch was in direct contact with the pole. The runningboard on the left side was bent and the front left shock and A-arms etc. where also FUBARed..
Lynxes are great sleds. I´m looking for a 05 440 Lynx or Polaris for next winter, since my knee will propably still hold me back a little and as a student living on my own I don´t have that much $$$ (Especially since I can't work as much as I´d like this summer because of the knee injury..)
Next monday I can finally throw away the crutches and start using the knee. Got to start going to the gym to get myself back in shape.. :D

Lynxes do look awesome, and I've never seen one ever, wish I could smuggle one in. Get to the gym and get that knee back in shape, gotta be able to ride again this winter!

I will, docs say I won´t be able to ride before spring, but we´ll see about that..
You got to come here some winter and ride, then you´d see a lot of Lynxes..
