Hey Guys,
I was wondering if anyone has dealt with bobp53916 before?
I paid $150 on April 10th and $110 on April 16th for parts. The reason it is in 2 payments is due to paying for the front suspension parts from a 2000 Sno Pro and then finding out he had a CCE rear skid that I was also interested in. His ebay feedback is fine, so I didnt think anything of it.
I have messaged him a few times through April and may and he assured they would be shipped. There were many excuses why they hadnt been shipped such as he needed to travel to Fergus Falls to drop them off at Speedee. That is true. Next he was waiting for his wife to have a day off to go down there. Then he was setting up an account with Speedee for pickup and each pickup cost $10. Next he had other items sold so he was waiting to get them shipped with Speedee to save money on the pickup charge. I dont knock the guy for trying to save on pickup charges.
Now its June 4...I went through the notions of filing a paypal dispute a few days back, but of course it has been too long since I made the payments. And now he doesnt respond to my messages asking for money back....
So now I'm wondering what my next step should be?
Thanks
Jeff, 96ZRT600

That would be a valid alternative. I just need to be able to find the time. I am building a house and have a full time job 10-6 or 7 if i take a lunch, which is where i am right now. I'd be open to this, I'll shoot him a message and see if that works...I dont know why i never thought of this...

I have dealt with bob myself, seems to be a very good guy, I wouldn't hesitate to buy, or do business with him again.

I'm not going to get all bent out of shape for you posting this, it has been a little longer than I figured to ship the parts. Your not the only one that has a full time job, and I am remodeling my house. I do people a big favor by shipping with speedee to save them money on shipping, its cost about a 1/4 of what UPS does, you can imagine what it would cost to ship a skid and front suspension with UPS? The only bad thing about speedee is they charge a $10 per pickup charge. And I am nice enough to eat that charge myself, that doesnt get passed on to the people that bought parts. Thats the reason I ask people to be patient if they want it shipped this way, I sell large parts on Ebay all the time and have 11 things for speedee to pickup right now, I do this so I only have to pay a one time pickup fee. If you would like to meet part way that would be fine with me, your parts are here packaged up. If you want to wait and have them shipped yet, I have 2 hoods and another skid to box up and then everything is going out.

I do understand why you are doing it that way. Its just its been 2 months now. I do think there is a point where you just need to ship the parts. Then get the next batch ready to go. I never implied I was the only person with a full time job. Im just saying I have very little time in my life due to the job and the house, which is being done by my father and I. I didnt post this to upset you, but to see if others have had dealings with you to make sure. I apologize if it offended you in any way.
