Finally finished one of my summer projects, my wife wanted me to put together a ZRT for her to ride this winter. This is basically built out of parts left over from 3 ZRT's I parted out. Basically a stock ZRT 600 with VForce reeds, plastic skis and a 1 1/4 track and a complete D&D clutch kit. I also upgraded to the 98+ handlebars and controls, tank bra and used Sno Pro running board supports. Nothing really special but thought I would share.

Wow! that came out great! if you dont mind mentioning, how much did it cost you to get the sled to look that way i am looking into an xcr 600 triple triple and i want to paint my hood the same sheen as that one except in white and then get a decal kit, basically to get this thing looking like it rolled off the showroom floor..

Less than $100. I stripped and painted it while it was a bare chassis, the hood had some cracking in the old paint, I stripped/primed/painted the hood. You can pick up a gallon of decent single stage enamel with the activator and reducer for about $75. Just alot of labor is all it took.
