I was wondering what the best performance mods would be for my new bike its a 2001 kx 125.Im looking for mods that will increase horsepower that are fairly cheap,it already has a clutch kit and full exaust system. i dont want to do any boring and im in the process of giving it a port and polish job.If possible could you also show me were to get the product too.
thanks for the help.
Josh

Boyesen reeds in my 04 RM250 made a huge difference, other then that and a aftermarket air filter, there isnt much left cheap for you to due for performace that I can think of.
Any dealership would be able to get a hold of these parts for you.

I think your port and polish job is a waste of money, id just be buying the regular things like you have on it and what they mentioned. reeds and the cage is a good mod. I think your just getting yourself into trouble doing that. Its like using race gas and riding it in the pits
