I'm wondering if a aftermarket can for a ZR600 will work on a ZR440 once modified to fit? Wondering if there is any problems with back pressure not being the same since downsizing the can to a 440? Will it effect the performance? It is a good idea, since they don't make an aftermarket for th '01 ZR 440 Sno Pro I have and i want the aggresive sound with sacrificing perfomance or hurting the engine. Let me hear from you guys what are your opinions? ....thanks

It might work, But I am sure they have reasons for making different cans for different sleds...

I think you need to give the maker of the can a call and talk to them. I would think that a 500 can would be a better can for a 440 than a 600 cc can.

Don't do it. a 600 can is bad. I know from experience. A 500 can can work, but just effects sound. No power gain.
