just picked this one up 2 days ago. gave it a tune up and its a blast to play with. me and some of the guys at work play around at break time and lunch with it. its a 49cc catseye. got to get some new front plastic for it and thinking about getting a big bore kit and hp kit. but right now it tops out at 40mph with my ass on it.

well first the wristpin bearing and recoil went out so i replaced that and put a stronger set of rings in it about another 60 bux then i started it up after fixing all that and it locked up solid at a very high rpm and it caused the flywheel to snap off and take out the outer case on that side and the crank was also junk because the bolt snapped off deep inside and diddnt want to deal with trying to get it out so i picked it up and threw it in the air as far as it would go and let it landin the street bending the frame exhaust breaking the rims and everything else inbetween and come to find out what had happened a pin from the ristpin bearing had fallen into the crank and had somehow got to the top of the piston when it was started stuck into the piston and cyl wall rendering the entire thing junk but once again it was only 50 for the bike itsself but 100 to ship it so it was worth the 150 but not the rest i put in trying to fix it

^^That's a sweet idea! I may have to keep mine and do that to them!

I got a couple I bought from a friend. One has a blown motor and the other runs, but leaks gas pretty bad. I've never really rode them to much because I'm a bit too big for them!

not to jack your thread (although i will) have any of you guys seen those snow foxes they truely are pocket sleds. There 49 ccs, and look just like a little sled. I was just wondering how fun one of those would be.

One of my dad's friends has a couple of those little pocket sleds sitting in his garage. They are pretty cool and pretty big, too. I'm 6'4" 210lb and I'm sure I could ride one. I'm gonna have to convince him to let me ride one this winter.
