If you like shooters, Gears of War is an amazing game. That'll keep you entertained for a week or so.

personnally i would have to say ace combat 6. it is a fighter pilot game, and it is VERY addicting.

Bambi would have been a better and shorter movie if he was shot in the beginning with his mother

if a ride on lawn mower takes bumps better than your sled, its time to upgrade

What kind of surgery? ACL, etc.? If you don't have meniscus and ACL repair like me you should have a quick recover as in a week to two weeks you will start walking with just ACL.

I tore mine skiing. I used to be a freestyle skier with a small salomon sponsership. But then i gapped a whole 70 foot stepup, so bout 90 feet to flat. Didnt know i did it the first time. Then later that summer i race DH mountain bikes, and i do alot of freeride. I got a mini park in my backyard and have a dirt quarter pipe that i was landing switch on and then i put my foot down and my knee bent really far backwards and popped.

And heres the kicker! I then tore my meniscus by trying to do a rodeo 540 off a swingset and land side ways and my whole knee collapsed.

I am pretty damn proud of myself...

You know I'm not sure what all I'm in for. The doc who gave me my results had me as his last patient of the day, and it was past quitting time. He was in a REALLY bad mood. He pretty much told me, I quote. Your knee is buggered. Where do you want to go? I saw as much on his results paper that I have a complete tear somewhere, and a partial tear somewhere. So I'm not in for a birthday party. A buddy of mine has the same problem as me, just way worse. Not sure where his tears are either, but he's gone through one surgery already, now going of another one because he didn't take it easy.

The story behind mine is I was practicing 360's on flat, in a garage on a rainy day, and I caught my rear tire somehow before I finshed my rotation, and ended up bending my knee backwards a ways. No big deal, doc said only stretched some ligaments. Two weeks later I felt good, so back on my bike, jump went sketchy so I put my foot down as I landed, and the ligaments where not strong enough to hold it yet, so it popped. Maybe another two weeks past, felt fine again, and made the mistake of biking again. Popped it again. Did that 4 times that summer. And a few times over the winter. It got worse after every time. It took less to pop it after every time. But the recovery time also got shorter. So that was good. But now right at the end of winter I was sledding without my brace, came over a hill that looked like a nice little hill to get some air off of, but it was a very white day, so I couldn't see the the hole behind the hill that I was jumping into until I was in the air. As I came over the hill I had my foot on my roll edge, so there was some side pressure on my knee, just waiting to pop out. When I landed I HEARD the thing pop out. Just as soon as it popped out it went back in. Just like it always does. We had just gotten to the pits there where we were sledding, and I wasn't about to let it ruin my day, so I sledded on it all day yet till my gas was gone. (bad idea.) Next day it was swollen up pretty huge, and I couldn't walk. So I went in, and was told to come back in two weeks and he would have xray results for me, came back and was sent out for an MRI. Got the results and was told that I need surgery. I know one tear is on the inside side of my knee, cause that's the way it pops every time. Toward the inside. So yeah I'm kinda waiting for a call now, with my date as to when I have to go for surgery. But I asked for the end of summer, so I can finish work, then get it done. And still be ready for the best snow around Jan-March.

+1. Ace Combat 6 will have you glued to your tv for days. You will hold your piss to keep playing this game.
