you cant hear them very well a friend of mine had two mtx 12s in his bed and it was loud as fuk outside but quiet as hell inside

That's why a single cab pick-up truck should do a blow-though install. Build the box in the bed, and cut a hole in the back of the cab/front of the bed for them to blow through. It's a pain in the ass, and ruins the value of your truck, but is the safest and best performing way to do it.

They had made designs for a cab through, but it removes me from super street class and moves me into the pro street class. And i dont have the money to compete in pro street. Those guys are hitting 155-160 dbs.
