Interesting article on yahoo for your next conversation with an Obama lover

I got a kick out of the lies he has told. What is next?

Have to afford the second stimulus package somehow...maybe this one will work since the first one failed miserably. I like how Obama and Biden are constantly arguing too....
And our wonderful speaker of the house plans on pushing that bill through so fast noone will have time to read it, including our representatives. Hell, they aren't even going to finish and leave space to add on to/change after it has been passed.
And oh yeah Obama: I DONT WANT YOUR GOVERMENT HEALTH CARE!!!! Why do I have to pay for it? I know how government organizations are run. "oh, you need your apendix out, but I'm going to have to email my supervisor to get it approved, just hold on"
Look at the studies, half the people without health insurance have the money to afford it, but DO NOT WANT IT. Many of the people aren't actual citizens of the US, so that leave about a 1/3 that want health insurance and can't afford it....
I'm going to stop now....

I had a conversation in person with a canuck the other day.. he laughed when we told him about universal health care.. he said "see my limp? thats because canada won't fix it"
I was more concerned about rising taxes. If everyone is spending less like they say.. then why is the government spending MORE and raising taxes? Hello mcfly!
On a positive note, I know many people that have bought new (american) vehicles in the past 2 months and my work has called some people back. Houses are selling like hotcakes around here. Hopefully we are on the upswing. But it won't be because of Obamaination, it will be because the American people who give a **** helped out.

You guys never cease to surprise me
Nowhere in that article did Obama say he was going to raise taxes for the middle class Actually, nowhere in that article did it say anything about Obama raising household/income taxation He's taxing things such has cigs/alcohol (both irrefutably negative for society) where the amount they are selling for now come nowhere CLOSE to meeting an equilibrium when you factor public health risks in. (Simply put, for you economic strangers: Cigs/alcohol cost society MUCH MORE for the govt than they are getting. Especially with govt/state healthcare assistance) Although the soda thing is kind of idiotic(It cannot harm those around you, only the person who chose to do it. However, the same could be said about cocaine so that argument is useless)
How about we wait til Obama says something, then you can whine
Epic.

As per normal, the best liar is the one in office and now we are stuck with him.
His stimulas package has failed as he's just plain gone at it wrong.
He can keep his health care package as we are now way too far into debt and need to stop the over spending.
He needs to actually do as he said in his campaign and go through the national budget line by line and get rid of the programs that do not work so as to stop the bad spending there.
In fact, the only reason I'd not ask him to resign is because I think Biden is even worse.
They both need to go away.
In short, his administration is a giant political crap sandwich that all of America now needs to take a big bite of.

Illegal immigrants and welfare rats cost society way more than cigs and alcohol ever will but you don't see him putting a new federal tax on tham do you?? NO!! In fact they all got 200 million more in food stamps under NOBAMA's so called "stimulus" plan!! I for one am sick and tired of paying for other people who are less fortune than me!! In fact I believe Rock and snowman are both more "fortunate" than me so they should have to buy me a new sled this year!!
EDIT by SD:
I moved the quote signs to make it so that it did not look like snowman wrote your part.

Well you seem to want to defend Obama!! Thats the way he and the loony left think, those who are "fortunate" (employed and might actually have a goal in life) must give to those who are less "fortunate" (lazy, useless crack heads, and minorities)!! So, like I said, you and rock are more "fortunate" than I am, therefore you OWE me a new sled, just like Obama thinks I OWE the unfortunates a living!!

Your kind of ignorance is the kind that slows the growth of humanity down Your racism and prejudice is thinly veiled but easily spotted with a little eye magic. You know little of the socio-economic 'caste' system in the United States, or you would have left your post as the 'fortunate' vs the 'unfortunate', sans assumptions of what each one means in reality. Our very own people have been abandoned under the government's watch in both history and present. Take modern day Detroit for example. It used to have a great local economy, lots of well payed men in the auto industry. Well, the Detroit auto industry (and local economy) got bufu'd by corporate pigs that couldn't handle their own business when a union got involved. After some failed attempts to fix Detroit by "fixing" the auto industry... the government practically gave up on the people there. Detroit is now described as a barren wasteland, filled with crime and poverty. Yes, it went from middle class city to ghetto. Sure, the govt bought GM and all of its assets, but we'll see what becomes of that. And for the love of all that is good, don't point fingers at Obama - it is hardly his call there. So please save your nightmarish projections of what you _think_ Obama is going to do. Most of the **** you're crying about is completely theoretical bipartisan mud slinging ANYWAYS p.s. i'm not defending obama, I'm just defending logic here.. Which you are assaulting so viciously
Epic.

I think most Intellegent people can see we as a society have been sold out by both side's.
The dem's want to protect the poor and the repubs protect the Interest's of the rich and BIG bussiness.
I really thought Obama was going to help the middle class but yet again we were sold out by empty promises and Political retoric!
I doubt I make more than you Ultra, Your the one driving around in $50,000 truck! mabe you should buy me a new sled!

I saw no racism mentioned.
and Rock,
I do agree on this point, we have been sold out by both sides.
Now my take:
It's true that I am a republican because I'm registered that way, but I do vote the issues as they stand, no matter who wrote them.
Normally that vote turns out on the republican side because I do believe in less taxes and less big govt control, but not always.
It's far better to use my head for something other than a place for one of my helmets.
I think Obama lied about everything he thought we wanted to hear, and we, collectively as Americans, ate it right up.
We all got screwed. Some of us just had sence enough to vote against him. lol.
I'd rather have had a better choice than McCain as well, but did see him as the lesser of 2 poor choices simply because I see him as being more honest than Obama.
Now about new sleds for the less fortunate,
Can I get a turbo with mine?

Please explain your so called "logic" snowman!! Your logic has shown that by transforming welfare from a helping hand to a lifestyle you get what we have today, MILLIONS of people who think others OWE them a living, plain and simple!! Detroit is living (well dying) proof of what happens when a union gets greedy and corporations are run by the so called educated!! You want another example of union greed and stupidity? PITTSBURGH PA!! Or did the gov't ruin the steel industry in this country too? Have you ever been to Detroit or Pitt? I have!! The gov't didn't ruin either town or industry, STUPIDITY AND GREED DID!!
As far as your racial and predujudice statement...TYPICAL of a liberal whos never had to drive thru a ghetto!!!!
And I don't have to make nightmarish predictions about what Obama wants to do or is going to do...the nightmare is already here!! Quote originally posted by Rock

I also believe student driver is more fortunate than more I am and owes me alot of parts!!!!
I also happen to agree with student driver that McCain probably was the lessor of two evils but thats what we get in a 2 party system!!

Bwahaha!
People on welfare have to prove, with many documents, that they need it. I would know this, seeing as how I have a brother who nearly relies on federal assistance to survive because his profession (carpentry) has gone so sketchy that his job safety is near zero without a union or labor laws backing him up. Sorry, but thats a fact you're going to have to face. Its capitalism. You may not realize it, but your boss doesn't care about your job, he cares about his wallet. If he doesn't have any incentive (legal or otherwise) to keep you around, he wont. My brother is very good at his profession, and still has trouble keeping stable work in MN.
P.S. Union "greed and stupidity?"
do some research pal. Check out why unions ever existed.
McCain wanted to further the perversion of innocent countries in the middle east, so I'm going to disagree there.
Epic.
