Jesus, if I were in that sewer and seen that, I would run away and scream like a little girl. That is friggen disgusting.

Oh and if they are clinging to tree roots like that website says, that means sewer is leaking out.

I think its some kind of scope that they snake down there to check things. I'm guessing that pipe is smaller than it appears (not something a worker can not crawl inside?!)
