1200cc polaris pwc motor converted into snowmobile chassis??
- has anyone done this or know how to do this?

i have had two differnet people buy some parts from me to do this conversion. (putting polaris sled parts onto a polars 1200cc pwc motor and dropping it into a sled)
if i remember right, here are some things they were looking for:
CDI and ignition coils from an Ultra
stator and flywheel from an Ultra
recoil from an Ultra
waterpump from a 650
maybe some other stuff too..
anyways i was wondering if anyone had more info on this conversion
1999 Polaris XC 500
-holeshot skid plate
-fox reservoir front track shock
-fox front shocks
-xenon low-beam bulb (very helpful at night)
Just add gas and snow!

there is a video of a guy on youtube with an iq 440 chassis and he dropped in a 1200cc tigershark engine into it, it rips. you should try to contact him on youtube and get more information from him
the 6" billet risers look sweet, can sounds sick :D ready for winterrrr

ah yes that is what i am looking for lol. why couldn't i jsut pop up when i googled? well this isn't a project i am going to for sure do, but maybe something i will keep in mnid couple years down the road, seeing as i plan to keep parting out sleds so i will consistently be coming across all the snowmobile parts needed. thanks guys

if its black then i know this guy he lives where i have my camp. He uses it as his trail sled. Probably the fastest on tug hill
