soldier boy isn't rap he's hip hop. Most of the new "rap" is actually hip hop. Old school rap and hip hop was good, like easy e, eminem, ice cube, luniz, ice t, d 12, and tupac. Most of the new crap sucks.. there isn't anything new coming out really. It's all about money, drugs, and women.

then it isn't rap i hate it is hip hop. and sledneck1978 i do not like godsmack, and zz top isn't really that special either. i kind of worded that thing about women earlier. i just don't like how they talk about it in rap or hip hop or whichever one it is. like, one of my friends was listening to a song and it was talking about beating whores. that just kind of annoys me. and the drug thing, i guess that kind of not true because i like the Beatles and half there songs were about acid trips, but at least they made it discreet.

The things you mentioned dont define rap or hip hop.

I would say quit while your ahead, but you never were.

You dont know what your talking about, your speaking from a very close minded point of view.

All you can really say is that you dislike music that objectifies women and glorifies drugs and violence......which is no one genre.

Old rap had stories/life experiences, new rap for the most part is about grills, gold wrist watches, etc., not even in the same ballpark as old rap.

Adding on to TrickPaint's response...Linkin Park fits into the category of incorporating rap...

ds like Linkin Park,KoRN, and Limp Bizkit, are in the genre Nu-Metal not rap. but they do rap in their songs.

I hate when it does that. I wish it would let you know that can't share it.

It's pretty funny though.

Rappers are preformers, so it dosn't bother me how they dress. It is expected for them to dress and act over the top. It's their fans who look like morons. The white guys who dress and act this way look like idiots to the 3rd power. Why would you want to look like someone you are NOT?, unless you are a sports fan wearing a jersey, helmet, etc...

You mean these guys aren't cool??? Huh, who would've thought???

Isn't that Jamie Kennedy from "Malibu's Most Wanted"?
That movie is funny too and it depicts exactly what we all DON'T like about rap. Whiggers! IMO anyway....B-RAD from BOO fo LIFE YO!!!
