Well i'm sure you know about how people hate ricers. Cars with tons of crap that they think makes them look fast even though they are slow pieces of junk. They have their 1994 civic with tinted windows, a huge spoiler, a big sound system, body kit, and the almighty walmart bolt on fart exhaust tip. Well how come people pretty much do this to there sled then. Windshield, headlight covor, energy drink stickers, and cans. I think that a snowmobile looks pretty good with an aftermarket windsheild and a headlight covor. Im just wondering why people dont hate these kinds of sleds?

Anyone thats an idiot on anything pisses me off. I personally think a sled all covered up in stickers is dumb.

Honestly, as long as the person riding it isn't a jerk or anything and they are happy with the way that their sled looks than why not? I mean to their own, some like it some don't. . . my sled is not all stickered up. But I think as long as they like it than that is all that matters. Just my opinion. . . nwr

I have a ricer sled... to answer your question though, I think it's because we're not driving through the streets of a town/city constantly where everyone can hear and see us.

I think a few stickers can look good on a sled. But when you see that all stickered out sled with zero of the mods done that are plastered over the hood makes me laugh my ass off. I like the stock graphics on sleds. I love mine. I like sleds that sound good too, I like exhaust cans and pipes as well, risers to a point. That's another thing, you see those sleds with 8 inch risers that go up to there chest haha looks straight up retarded. Windshields, headlight covers, as long as it fits the sled then fine. Depends on what the owner likes really that's all that matters.

Windshield and headlight covers are fine, cosmetic, make the looks of the sleds different.

Can's are alright, if you know the positive and negative to them, If you come on SF and say "which can is best for me", or, "Do they make cans for a 96 Vmax 600" or, "will I have to re-jet my sled for my can" then you obviously know its a kid and thats rice.

If you have a product on your sled, and it comes with a sticker, cool. If you like it, Cool. If you put it on your sled, fine. Monster stickers look OK, if you get a whole kit. But don't wemail monster and ask for a sheet and them plaster your sled in them. Rice.

People driving the cars you refer to (I heard them called ZOOMERS years ago and the name stuck for me) are hated more than kiddie sledders, because generally people on sleds don't drive down the street at 3am with the boom-boom (trunk shaker) stereo goin...

Its a personal preference, but as far as im concerned i will have a few stickers on my sled and leave it looking pretty much stock and i would rather spend my time and money giving it more horses and getting it to run great. Cosmetics are pretty superfluous in my mind.

If you have a few stickers that blend really nice with your sled they can make the sled look pretty damn cool. Ya'know, the stickers you actually have to look for, not just slapping any stickers you find on it.

I got an RSI Racing sticker on either side of my sled and they fit real nice with the blue hood, and i got a white silhouette of a naked lady in the middle of my hood and it fits perfect.

Thats the same way i am with my sled too. I spend some money making it look nice and some money making it run nice. Just a couple stickers to add in at some empty spots, but any random A$$ sticker i find. Simething that flows well and of a companay that I actually own products from.

Probably more than anything else, a lot of people want their sled to be individualized (Big Word). Personally I like to individualize "Under the Hood" and show my results at the end of a long straight. But that's fine for those who prefer to personalize the outside of their hoods.

Whats it matter to you ? What if their coming on here for information? My motto, Its MY sled, MY CHOICE, if you dont like it then STFU. Simple. But in all reality, do they make cans for 99 Vmax 500's?

with all due respect your sound like one of those guys who makes fun of gays when in secret your gay yourself. the example you posted is a perfectly legit question on a forum. re jetting for pipe and can is a common question.

but anyways it annoys me when ppl think their sled is undeafeatable and is far superior even though it just be a little old 600 or something or being full of bs on how their new pipes will make their sled get huge horsepower. but as others said to each their own cause in the end we are all in this sport for the same reason.
