I don't care what your political views are...you must read this.
Another look at our president... Unbelievable!!!!
*******************
HERE IS HIS RESPONSE WHEN HE BACKED OFF HIS DECISION TO LET THE MILITARY PAY FOR THEIR WAR INJURIES.....
.SEND THIS TO EVERYONE TO SHOW JUST WHAT HE THINKS OF OUR MILITARY...THOSE WHO FIGHT FOR OUR COUNTRY...AND HIM.... AND GET HURT PROTECTING OUR FREEDOM!!!
Bad press, including major mockery of the plan by comedian Jon Stewart, led to President Obama abandoning his proposal to require veterans carry private health insurance to cover the estimated $540 million annual cost to the federal government of treatment for injuries to military personnel received during their tours on active duty.
The President admitted that he was puzzled by the magnitude of the opposition to his proposal. "Look, it's an all volunteer force," Obama complained.... "Nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn't compute.."
"I thought these were people who were proud to sacrifice for their country," Obama continued. "I wasn't asking for blood, just money. With the country facing the worst financial crisis in its history, I'd have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation's deficit. I guess I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans."

Please pass this on to every vet and their families whom you know.

Political correctness is a doctrine, fostered by a delusional, illogical minority, and rabidly promoted by an unscrupulous mainstream media, which holds forth the proposition that it is entirely possible to pick up a turd by the clean end.

This, and most other emails sent around bashing Obama are total crap.

They take a single questionable item, then spin a whole lie story around it, and all the die-hard republicans spread it around as fact.

Propaganda pure and simple, and shows the lack of fact checking by the avid supporters.

I would like to see this actually confirmed... Even the dumbest men would not allow this sort of political suicide. Cant believe he actually said that. Seems like a chain email. If its true than...

Recognizing that I volunteered as a Ranger, fully knowing the hazards of my chosen profession, I will always endeavor to uphold the prestige, honor, and high esprit de corps of the Rangers. Acknowledging the fact that a Ranger is a more elite soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air, I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other soldier. Never shall I fail my comrades. I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight and I will shoulder more than my share of the task whatever it may be, one-hundred-percent and then some. Gallantly will I show the world that I am a specially selected and well-trained soldier. My courtesy to superior officers, neatness of dress and care of equipment shall set the example for others to follow. Energetically will I meet the enemies of my country. I shall defeat them on the field of battle for I am better trained and will fight with all my might. Surrender is not a Ranger word. I will never leave a fallen comrade to fall into the hands of the enemy and under no circumstances will I ever embarrass my country. Readily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to fight on to the Ranger objective and complete the mission though I be the lone survivor. Your assessment is acurate for the most part and I agree. You must also agree that "left media" spins things to favor the democrats and their leader "Mr. Potato-Head" as I like to call him. For some reason it is 'Ok in the left media to bash a republican polatician, but when the tabels are turned they cry about it. The left uses the art of propaganda much more than the right. I'm just saying both sides spread this stuff around, but somehow when democrats bash on republicans it's fine.

Bush DID use a teleprompter, as did Clinton, The elder Bush, and some of the guys before him. Before teleprompters, they used a speech written down on paper.
What bothers me is when The Great Obama loses his place, he asks his people to scroll up on the prompter and no one blinks an eye.
When Bush would mis-pronounce a word, it was headline news for weeks.
Did anyone else notice that when The Chosen One isn't reading off a teleprompter, that he stutters and says "ummmm" a lot?

Listen Guys, I post these things to prompt discussion, not so we can all start taking shots at each other ! Whether this is true or not ? I truly couldn't say anymore ! A left wing web site can post information saying it is false, and a Conservative web site may post the opposite. This is still a free country, so we are ALL entitled to our opinions. But when I start getting PM's from guys young enough to be my son, calling me names and making disparaging remarks about my intelligence, I think I am done ! If we can't discuss this stuff like mature adults,( I am including myself here) maybe we should just stick to talking about snowmobiles !
I want to close by stating to every single person reading this :

Jesus Loves You ! And so do I !

Yours in Christ

I am so sick of the right and left mudslinging going on!

If these political people would put half as much effort into fixing the problems as they did in trashing each other we might have a chance of getting out of this recession.
