I'm going to get some smaller (5 inches wide and 3 inches tall) stickers made up in a larger quantity. The stickers I have are all cut on a vinyl cutting machine. These would be printed and die cut which is a more expensive process because a die must be made, but cheaper overall for larger quantities.

Here's what I'm thinking... Is the "snowmobilefanatics.com" part too small? I want to keep it simple. The black outline is where the die would cut the sticker after it is printed so you'd have black text on a white background. Let me know your opinion.

Agreed, stickers definatley look better w/o backgrounds. Sticker itself however looks great!

Remember, these are stickers, not decals. It's harder to cut out small decals in the quantities I want on a vinyl cutting machine. No background does look better, but the more intricate the die becomes the more expensive it becomes. I'll see just what kind of detail they can do, maybe I can cut some more of the whitespace out.

The main reason I haven't bought a decal is because they're so big. I think these will be a hit, nice work Erick!

I did some playing around with photoshop. I know you want to keep it simple, but here's a couple I thought looked kind of cool.

And if you are going to have these printed, the colors and backgrounds shouldn't be a problem.
Am I thinking the wrong way??

Correct, with these they will be cut from a black roll of vinyl and then have to be "weeded" which is all the black area not wanted (background/in between letters) has to be removed from the backing. Major PITA is you have to do it by hand in large quantities.

Im assuming the place you get them put application adhesive paper ontop to stock them on correct?

Here is a new sample. I increased the font size, added a reflection and slight background gradient.

I think I like the first design a little better, erick. I would def buy either one though. Maybe go without the reflection, but leave the larger font size and background gradient. my $.02
