	$200 to do that much work AND go get it AND bring it back sounds pretty good to me. Unless you are rich and don't need any money, I would definitely charge him. 	friendship stops at the door, $20 bucks an hour is a very fair rate plus a 25 or 50 dollar fee for shop and supplys. if he dosnt think that is fair he can take it to a dealer and pay 75 dollars an hour, plus up to a 50 dollar shop fee. nothing goes like 3 holes!!
