I need to strip the paint from my bumper because I forgot to etch it before I put the paint on. I don't wan't to do it with a wire brush or wheel or 3M ruststripper because I don't want the scratches because the surface is really smooth. So what's the best product that I can pick up at like Napa that isn't extremely expensive? Thanks.

Aircraft stripper is where its at. Let it sit and do it's thing for half hour or so and stay away from the fumes. It's some strong stuff.

I think napa should have it. It isn't too terribly expensive for a gallon (more than $10 i'm sure) but a little bit goes a long way and if you got real tight you could scrape the stripper and paint off the bumper and reuse it.
