I started last month to work on my edge. I wanted a 136" track and then that lead to other things here is what I did.
These are of my sled before the work.
Add SLP tunnel and rail extension kit.
Painted the exhaust pipe's then fixed leaky top end gaskets and cleaned the VES.
Exhaust just set in place after being painted
Put on the tunnel extension kit.
Then replace some bad idler wheel's and got the idea to re-paint/paint the whole skid. I replaced all the red idler wheels with yellow ones and painted the rails Red and re-painted the swing arms Yellow.
I still have to get 3 more idler wheels and the shock you see missing is getting serviced. I am waiting on more funds to get a Camoplast Carve 1" track. Then plan to put 162 studs in with red backers. Also the chain case cover is going to be painted red soon as i can get the time to do it. more things to do. Engine has Boysen reeds, SLP air-box/boost bottle, primary clutch was worked before i bought the sled no idea of what it has in it. plan to go from a 39 tooth bottom sprocket to a 37 or 36 tooth. I also am getting powermadd pivoting 2" or 4"risers, their yellow hand guards, red chrome cobra windshield, and plan to add 2"-3" of foam to raise the seat height. When I get the track and every thing back in place I will post the completed Photo's. Would love your guys though/idea's

I did look at tracks usa and didn't like the rails that came with it. I planned on getting a 1" and studding it so i don't plann on getting a 1.25 track. but i'm pretty sure i can put a 1.25 in their still.
No powder coat, I had to go the cheap way and roughed the rails up then Primer/Painted with a gloss enamel paint. Should hold up so far it has. I did scratch at it a bit to see how it will stick since aluminum is hard to paint and seems to stay on their. will see though when I have ice chunks and other stuff bouncing all over in it this winter.

I looked into Tracks usa a little more and i see that with their the HI-fax goes all the way to the back which i beat is good. I guess if i end up not liking the current ones i can change it later on. I do see their point on the track not haveing support near the rear but i'll see how this one works out frist. Thanks for a very good point on the 2 different style extensions.
