Your coolant isnt going to be hot within a minute of you starting your sled.

Unless your temp light is coming on right away, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Your jugs are gonna be hot right away no matter what. It should take a couple minutes for your heat exchangers to catch up.

If there is a lot of air trapped in your cylinders because u didnt get it all purged out yet then the cylinders will heat up quicker. But as long as your temp light works youll know if its too hot and you need to purge more air out.

By the antifreeze being cold, do you mean the heat exchangers are still cold? Cause this would also indicate air trapped in your cooling system. IF your cylinders are HOT, then your exchangers should at least be warm.

Sounds normal. As long as the heat exchangers get warm after a few minutes, you're all set.
