Does anybody know of a good home remedy or product to get rid of Poison oak. Have not had it like this for years. The worse part is I got it in my left eye. Looks like I got punched out

no home remedies will work very well, or very fast. go to your doctor and theyll get you on a steroid that will clear it right up, dont even bother messing with anything else....ask me how i know, haha.

I agree. I got it bad last summer. I tried everything and only the stuff the doc gave me made a difference. I wouldn't play around if you have it in your eye that could get nasty. I had it in my throat from burning it in a brush pile.
Recognizing that I volunteered as a Ranger, fully knowing the hazards of my chosen profession, I will always endeavor to uphold the prestige, honor, and high esprit de corps of the Rangers. Acknowledging the fact that a Ranger is a more elite soldier who arrives at the cutting edge of battle by land, sea, or air, I accept the fact that as a Ranger my country expects me to move further, faster and fight harder than any other soldier. Never shall I fail my comrades. I will always keep myself mentally alert, physically strong and morally straight and I will shoulder more than my share of the task whatever it may be, one-hundred-percent and then some. Gallantly will I show the world that I am a specially selected and well-trained soldier. My courtesy to superior officers, neatness of dress and care of equipment shall set the example for others to follow. Energetically will I meet the enemies of my country. I shall defeat them on the field of battle for I am better trained and will fight with all my might. Surrender is not a Ranger word. I will never leave a fallen comrade to fall into the hands of the enemy and under no circumstances will I ever embarrass my country. Readily will I display the intestinal fortitude required to fight on to the Ranger objective and complete the mission though I be the lone survivor. Go to the pharmacy and pick up a product called "ZANFEL". Small tube, 1oz costs about 40 bucks. It will be the most amazing $40 you will EVER spend. Your rash will be gone in 2 days. There is also a store brand that costs about $20
I get poison ivy really bad, and this stuff has been a god send. With my previous job, I would get it every summer, and I'd end up with a systematic infection and be covered head to toe. My doctor would have the Rx ready for me when I walked in. Haven't had to go to the doctor in 3 years since I found this stuff.
You'll thank me later.
Just re-read. If it's in your eye, go to the doctor ASAP. It'll become systematic much quicker than a skin rash. If you think your miserable now.....

If it gets too bad, nothing over the counter will help. The best thing is a steroid shot from a doctor. Poison oak can be really nasty. I have been hospitalized twice because of it. not alot of fun...

well this cant work on your eye but, get the area where it is really wet, and then sprinkle on some of that powder cement stuff on it. get a decent amount on there. let it stay for 3-4 hours. the next day it will be slightly still red, but it wont itch at all. it will be completely gone soon after.
Bambi would have been a better and shorter movie if he was shot in the beginning with his mother
