I purchased some PSI Triple pipes last year for my 99 vmax sx 600. Since then my buddies and I have tried to get the correct jetting without success. We have came to the conclusion that maybe I should run 150's all the way across, but are still wondering about the one jet that always runs hotter due to location. Can anyone help??

Dont they send you a chart of what jets they recommend you to run? Or are you running what they recommend and it still is not right?

I purchased them used at a swap meet. My buddies and I can not seem to get the right setting, either to rich or to lean.

Have you played with the air screw at all? That is how you fine tune it.

My brother had some tough times tuning his PSI twin pipes on his old MXZ700. They sound great but I can't say the difference in preformance it made, seeing as how we bought it with them on it.

Hey thanks,

yeah I know bruce somewhat, I had to order some mod parts for these pipes. Wasn't to happy with the service. He forgot to send me my parts one whole month after I paid for them. I don't recall what he said about the jetting. I think I will call him back to see if I can get some more details. Thanks for your help!

Actually no, I don't think we have messed with the air screw at all. I will look into that. Thanks!!

All I know is you better get that sled down to my house so we can get the carbs out and clean them, in stall the "right" jets and work from that. When you going to Greenville to get the jets?
Like I told you before all three carbs may not be the same jet size...I pulled out my suspension last night and got all 4 shocks ready to go out in the mail, the garage is awaiting.

PS-dont for get the beer.
See you tonight.
