I just bought a 2005 Polaris Switchback 600. It needs new skis and I don't want stock :-)
Anyone have any experence with these manufacturers. I nkow of C&A, but this model is suposedly new this year. They both come out to be $345.00 so its not about the money, more about the handling. I want the 9" studboy shaper bars since I have the 144" track. I mostly ride groomed trails, relatively aggressively, but sometimes go off the trail into some powder. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
Thanks in Advance

Alright, thanks! I'll look into them. Why are they better if you don't mind me asking. I've never had anything besides stock. I bought a sled last week but the skis have holes in them so i'm going with after market.

Can you tell me anything about these that makes them the best?

They float better and the keel is unique, they are extreemly light, it takes corners like on rails, carves real nice and keeps you up on the powder. Very flexable also, Plus they look sick.

I just bought those skis for my sled. Black and red swirled colors with the skull logo and 9" stubboy shaper bars. I'm really hoping they are the best skis I'll ever ride with because the whole setup was almost $400.

Alright man, I put my trust into you! That was a lot of money, and still like 20 bucks cheaper than the C&A Pro skis... I have always been told that you get what you pay for. Butttt, all the reviews of them were good and I liked that I could make custom colors lol

Apparently they are also extremely flexable. One review said a guy hit a tree, bent the ski all the way over but when he pulled it off the tree the ski went right back into shape.

I dropped 12 feet straight down off a bank into the road last season and they bounced back, Bounced off many of trees with no problems also.

Yes slydogs are very flexible. I got the race version for my sled which are 6" wide. I probably would have gone with the powder pros but at 7" wide I wouldn't have been able to fit the sled onto my little trailer. Even these skis at 6" provide excellent flotation and carving ability compared to the stock skis.
