my 95 xcr only does 10mph across the grass this doesnt seem right. is it just because its not jetted for summer? what could cause the slow speed.

Should go a lot more than 10MPH on grass. I took my sled out the other day on dry grass and got it up to 40 in a second or two

There are grass all over the country all summer with sleds going 100+ MPH on dry grass

woodbooga: (WOOD-boog-ah), n. regional dialect, common to areas of New Hampshire and Maine including the towns of Ossipee, Alton, Farmington, Acton, and Lebanon; one who attempts to obtain free firewood to fuel woodburning appliances in an effort to mitigate expenses related to home heating with fossil fuels. Frequently used as a term of derision by non-woodburners who mock the presence of loose bark and other wood waste in the beds of their pickup trucks.

Hard to say really, sounds like a plug, carb, or clutch issue

I think you should take your sled to a qualified mechanic and have them look it over so you know what you have. Not to be a jerk man , but you have no clue and by the looks of your other posts I dont think we could even guide you through a trouble shooting process. Sleds are not made to run on the grass in summer heat by someone that doesnt know what they are doing. You are probably doing more harm than good, so I say park it till someone that knows what there doing looks at it.
