I have changed the track on an older sled, same process though.
Pull the skid
Drain the chaincase oil for a while so it doesn't get all in your sled
pull the chaincase cover off
take off the chain tensioner which is on the right side and should just slide off
the chain should be loose enough to remove after that
take off the bottom gear
go on the other side and take off the driveshaft cover that the speedo cable plugs into
push the drive shaft into the speedo cable side first until it the shaft comes out out of the chaincase and then you should be able to drop it out.
put the new track on right away so you don't forget how everything went together haha
while your in the chain case, look for excessive wear. you may want to change the bearings while your in there. can't hurt.
also make sure your chain is not too worn.
inspect the bearing on the speedo side, they don't always last long. make sure to add grease to this side when reassembled.
Its pretty simple and straight forward. Should take 2-4 hours for your first one.
