Haha we liked this shirt
The other NY crew members notified me at 3 they were done with haydays (LOL!) and headed to a bar for drinks and dinner. I stayed behind and walked the swaps and sat in the SF booth and rode back in Ericks dads truck around 7 to the camp.
Take a close look at this one. I told you I did this trip with a strange bunch
To be continued....

I notice the rest of the NY crew is missing so I head back to our site. Fechie is sleeping on his airmatress on the ground in the open and Zip and Chad are at the neighbors. I walk over and drink a few beers with them. A guy there asks where we are from and we say NY. He looks at me and says "holy ****, you are arcticcatmatt!!". Turns out he is an SF member that doesn't post much but reads lots. His username is skinsk5 and I tagged him in the pictures. I think they were from Idaho or Iowa? Fun group!

Then as we were talking, some 1990? beretta drove by hooting and hollaring and Chad for some reason yelled back at them. They yelled "WOOT! There is a party!". They then pulled in and came up to the group. The dude was yelling that he wanted to race the mustang GT that was sitting there and we procedded to laugh. He then was screaming at me to drive his beretta. Now don't get me wrong, those 3.1's were fast in the day but that day has come and gone. Those guys got annoying as they were uber wasted so I got out of there with Zip and Chad and we headed back to the SF guys.
I got a picture of the beretta dude and his buddy.
Me getting a taste of the uber cool beretta
To be continued.. As we are heading back to the SF crew I think chad said screw it and went to bed. Zippi and I head across the campground. Zippi is having a very hard time staying up and keeps leaning and leaning and leaning until he is dragging me to the ground. We both end up on the ground and almost in the trees and of course, I manage to get a pic
We are hanging out with the lone survivors that stay awake
Then butcher boy gets the retarded idea to light the tree on fire next to MX86 and SHY's tent. All I can picture is the California fire or something and do my best to get him to put it out. He proceedds to get the tiki torch to try and really get the tree going. I grab an extra beer and get ready to douse the flames that never got started (thank god)
What happened after that is a little blury. I think I stayed up again to some stupid hour. I remember zip walking back to our site to go to bed and I stayed behind.
After an hour or so I walked away and 10 mins later I came back and turned on my flashlight from an awkward location to scare the last 3 standing into thinking the cops were back. They were worried for a second then cracking jokes hah.. took a picture and made my departure. This is my last night time campground picture and the last time I seen most SF'ers.
To be continued..

I wake up to see that the van has been decorated for our trip home WTF is up with the damn bugs here? They were in out mouth, eyes, nose, throat.. HORRID. The quote of the morning was Fetchie "I believe Minnesota's state bird is the fuggin mosquito!" (I know, the picture below has no mosquito in it but they were everywhere!) Pics of our campsite This lantern stayed on all night I heard that at 4 a.m. the beretta came back and tipped over a porta potty. Classy guys To be continued..

We get to haydays and score free parking finally! I was going to be pissed if we had to pay another 10 bucks! That whole parking thing has me wondering. The guys that parked us the day before did not speak good english and seemed to maybe be charging people to park in a factory parking lot that they did not work for. Hmm... Off to the races! This colt was 500 bucks! Seemed like deal! this thing had a motorcycle motor in it and caught Zip's and Chads attention of course I want to know more about this thing The guys know I love chicks in white shorts and they begin telling me about one.. little did they know I already had her on my camera (Yes she was old enough) Anyone know what these 18ish year old girls were selling? Something do with "school girls" To be continued tomorrow night... That is enough for me for one night. Don't forget, if you are wondering who someone is just check the picture, I tagged them.

Quote originally posted by skinsk5 I saw way more of Zippi that night than ever cared to. However it was great fun! Great report Matt. Hey! There is that guy! haha. You did not even know you were a fanatic and camping in the same loop as the fanatic group. Good stuff! Back to the story. I need something to do since I am sick as hell and laying on the couch. Decent racing shot of one of the 1000 heavy mods (I think it was) What is up with these shirts? We walked up to buy shirts and did not like the style at all. I was going to buy a medium anyways but all the normal sizes were gone. (sorry sno-baron-member) Fetchie stopping to spend 75 bucks on a pair of glasses that were 1/2 off since they were 165 originally (according to him haha) Here is some guy from "Ice Road Truckers". Why he was here, I have no idea but his stuff was expensive (post cards and crap) Was someone jumping this!?? Erick and his Dad Departing shot of Zip, Me, and that is JD on the right. This is at about 2 MN time I think. Erick took this pic To be continued..

We hit the road and see Darin in front of us haha
Chad is driving the van. I could not sleep with his driving.. 2 foot off bumpers at that speed..
children rear view haha
We see this trailer in Wisconsin. Zippi calls them. Turns out the number is of the guy pulling the trailer and the guy that wrote it as a joke is in the truck behind us. They were coming from haydays. That was a pretty funny speakerphone conversation. Should have seen their faces when we passed them with our van. (It got updated 1 hr out of haydays)
I don't know what these are but it is the only thing in wisconsin worth looking at.
to be continued..

Fetchie in the breeze
Me demonstrating my camera. Our reflection in Zip's little earring haha
What is it with people and no helmets?
Chad stops driving after Chicago and Zip starts driving. Me and him and are in the front seat and all of a sudden there is a tire on the road from a semi trailer that we seen earlier that was loosing one. We didn't see it in time and just hit the edge of it.. WHAM!! The back seat boys woke up haha. We caught the trailer and took a picture in case we needed it for damage to the van.
Yep back to sleep they go
Zip starts getting tired at Clevland and I take over and drive us all the way home with Fetchy now in the front with me. I officially stayed up the entire trip all the way there and back
Sunrise in NY (watched it set in Wisconsin). Much prettier here!
Last picture. Coming down the hill to Ithaca
And that concludes this entire report! Hope everyone enjoyed it! Next time, I might be flying
Thanks for the feedback to those that have already left it!
It was a great time and I can't wait to hang out with you all again! Quote originally posted by MX86
